SHIPPING INFORMATION
At The Aeroplane Art Company, we take great care in packaging and shipping your aviation artwork. We strive to provide our customers with the best shipping experience possible, and we use Australia Post Standard Delivery Service to ensure your artwork arrives safely and in a timely manner.
We ship our products within Australia and internationally.
Estimated time for delivery is 3 to 5 working days depending on your location.

BLACK & WHITE PRINTS*
We offer Australia-wide Flat Rate Shipping of $8 for our black and white prints.
Our black and white prints are shipped in a flat pack for damage free and affordable delivery.

COLOUR PRINTS*
Colour prints have a flat rate shipping price of $20.
Large Colour Prints are rolled and shipped in a tube.
​
"You Live But Once" Extra large Limited edition colour print has a shipping cost of $50.

Australia Post provides insurance for goods up to the value of $100. This insurance is included in the postage cost. If additional insurance is required please contact The Aeroplane Art Company for a quote.

Please note that all shipping transit times are a guide only and any shipping delays are outside our control.

OVERSEAS SHIPPING
At The Aeroplane Art Company, we are pleased to offer international shipping for our art prints. If you would like a quote for shipping to an address outside of Australia, please contact us.
RETURN & REFUND POLICY
We want you to be completely satisfied with your artwork from The Aeroplane Art Company. If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, please contact us immediately.
In the unlikely event that your artwork arrives damaged in any way, we will replace it. Please contact us within 7 days to organise your replacement. You will be required to provide photos of:
• All external damages to packaging
• Damages sustained to the product
Please note that the cost of shipping returned artwork will be at buyers expense and the item must be in its original condition and packaging.
We do not offer refunds for change of mind.
