'Spirit of Enterprise'. I.P.E.C.Aviation (Interstate Parcel Express COmpany)
operate up to three AW650 Argosy freighter airplanes on nightly services,
mostly up & down the Eastern Seaboard, whilst their recently acquired DC9
freighter concerntrates on the Tasmanian services. As seen here VH - BBA was
photographed before it went to Kris Air in SIngapore but it has now returned
to I.P.E.C.

| CONVAIR 440 American Airlines established
American Inter Island late in 1978 as a wholly owned subsidiary based at St.
Croix in the United States Virgin Islands. A fleet of five Convair 440s
provides connecting service to St. Thomas for passengers arriving at St.
Croix on American's jets from the U.S. mainland.

| CONVAIR CV - 440 This Aspen Airways Convair
CV - 440 is viewed at Stapleton Airport, Denver Colorado on February 11,
1978. The 'Go Orange Crush' refers to the Denver Broncos Football Team's
Super Bow Playoff in 1978.

| de HAVILLAND DHA 3 DROVER 2 Delivered
originally to the Northern Territory Areial Medical Service. 'Zulu Sierra'
was tranfered to Trans Australia Airlines (T.A.A>) in 1961 for use on the
Great Barrier Reef island resorts services until 1969. Via several intrim
operators it was purchased by Drages Historic Aircraft Museum of Wodonga,
Victoria, where it is maintained as an airworthy exhibit.

| de HAVILLAND DOVES Niihau & Lehua
Islands...are just off shore of the Garden Island of Kauai. Niihau is
privatley owned & a community of pure Hawaiins not in physical contact with
the outside world. Both islands are closely viewed on a HATS tour.

| LOCKHEED L - 188C ELECTRA Bases in
Anchorage, Alaska, Great Northern Airlines operate several Lockheed L118C
Electra freighter aircraft. This aircraft has since been re-registered as
N402GN.

| LOCKHEED CONSTELLATION This Flying Tiger's
Constellation is viewed at Stapelton Airport, Denver, Colorado in October of
1957.

| LOCKHEED L - 749A CONSTELLATION Western
acquired a small fleet of Constellations in 1967 when it absorbed (by
merger) Pacific Northern Airlines. These aircraft were operated principally
on routes from the State of Washington to Alaska. The tub shaped object
under the belly of the aircraft is a 'Speedpack', an external container used
to increase the cargo capacity of the aircraft. Western retired their last
Constellation in 1968.

| MARIN 2 - 0 - 2A TWA leased twelve 2-02-As
from their manufacturer, the Glen L. Martin Co. of Baltimore, Maryland, &
operated them on domestic routes from September 1950 to September, 1959.
Carrying 36 passengers at 220mph (354km/h) & featured built-in boarding
stairs. The first of these named 'Skyliner San Francisco', is shown in a
1950 photograph.

| SHORTS 360 Murray Valley Airlines/MVA have
named this Shorts 360 as 'City of Mildura'. Configured to carry a maximum of
36 passengers, MVA utilise this most successful regional airliner on the
network of services which currently link various towns & cities in Victoria
& South Australia.
